Pineapple Coconut Mojito - Norwegian Cruises

Enjoy this refreshing cocktail – the perfect summer drink - from Norwegian Cruise Line’s Master Mixologist. And next time you sail on Norwegian, be sure to grab a drink (or two) at their famous Sugarcane Mojito Bar.


Ingredients:

3 pcs. Lime Wedges

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1.25 oz. Bacardi Coconut Rum

1 oz. Pineapple Puree

6 pcs. Mint Leaves

Splash of club soda


Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime wedges with the simple syrup

Add rum, pineapple puree, ice and mint leaves

Cover and shake well

Strain into glass with fresh ice and top with club soda

Garnish as desired

Makes one 12 oz. serving
