· 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

· 1 tablespoon ground cumin

· 2 teaspoons dried thyme

· 2 teaspoons oregano

· 2 teaspoons black pepper

5. Place the chicken in the middle of the grill and close the lid. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

6. Remove from the grill, cover loosely with foil, and rest for 10 minutes. Carve and enjoy!
