Eiskaffee (German Iced Coffee)

Creamy and a delightful pick-me-up, this German coffee is more like a dessert!

Winni Recipes | Eiskaffee (German Iced Coffee)

Ingredients:

· 1 serving coffee, chilled

· 2 to 3 scoops ice cream

· 3/4 cup cream, chilled

· cocoa powder, for dusting (optional)

· chocolate sprinkles, for dusting (optional)

Instructions:

1. Whip the cream and transfer it to a pastry bag — all set for piping into eiskaffee in a bit.

2. Place 2 to 3 scoops of ice cream in a tall glass.

3. Pour the cold coffee into the scoops of ice cream. Do not fill the glass to the rim; leave enough space on top for the whipped cream.

4. Take the pastry bag and pipe the cream on top.

5. Add the chocolate sprinkles to finish preparing your eiskaffee.

6. Insert a straw in the glass and serve!
