Red Wine Cranberry Sauce

As a side or condiment, this Red Wine Cranberry Sauce adds a pop of color and full-bodied flavor to liven up the table.

Sautéed Button Mushrooms with White Wine Sauce


· 1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries

· 1 cup sugar

· 1 cup water

· ½ cup dry red wine or grape juice

Instructions: · In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.

Reduce heat to medium; cook, uncovered, until most of the berries pop, about 15

minutes, stirring occasionally.
